End of Year

September marks the end of year four of our Title III grant. The grant has been a blessing for Northeast. The implementation of the Technology Learning Center has given students opportunity to have a place to come for assistants with their technology needs as well as their course work.

We have offered many hours of faculty training  Seventy-two percent of our full-time instructors have exceeded their required number of hours of training. Since technology is one aspect of education that makes us a life-long learner the faculty continue to come to the TLC for additional hours of training.

The face of the full time faculty has changed as many of our adjuncts are now full time leaving us with fewer adjuncts in place.

Over half of our adjuncts have completed their technology training.  We expect to have 100% before the grant ends in September 2014. I have placed a video about the TLC below. Enjoy!
